Na základe žiadosti TECHLES, s.r.o. zo dňa 19. 4. 2021 v zmysle Pravidiel konania pred SRS pri E2E-Inštitút pre medzinárodnú obchodnú arbitráž týmto Inštitút zverejňuje pod č. VOP-2021-01-N nasledujúce Všeobecné obchodné podmienky TECHLES, s.r.o.
Zverejnenie podmienok preukazuje zahrnutie rozhodcovskej doložky v čl. 15 VOP.
Účinnosť Všeobecných obchodných podmienok a ich čl. 15 nie je viazaná na zverejnenie v prípadoch, v ktorých obsahuje zmluva odkaz na Všeobecné obchodné podmienky, pokiaľ je odkaz určiteľný vo vzťahu k intertemporálnym ustanoveniam.
Podľa čl. 17, ods. 1 Všeobecných obchodných podmienok TECHLES, s.r.o.: "
Obchodné podmienky sú záväzné zverejnením na www.techles.sk a zverejnením v prevádzke predávajúceho, a to dňom prvého zverejnenia, zverejňujú sa taktiež registráciou na webstránke aaa- arbitration.org. pričom oproti takto zverejnenému zneniu nemôže kupujúci namietať staršiu verziu podmienok.

At the request of TECHLES, s.r.o. of 19 April 2021 in accordance with the Rules of Procedure before the SRS at the E2E-Institute for International Commercial Arbitration is hereby published by the Institute under no. VOP-2021-01-N following General Terms and Conditions TECHLES, s.r.o.
The publication of the conditions proves the inclusion of the arbitration clause in Art. 15 GTC.
Effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions and their Art. 15 is not subject to publication in cases where the contract contains a reference to the General Terms and Conditions, in so far as the reference is identifiable in relation to intertemporal provisions.
According to Art. 17, par. 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of TECHLES, s.r.o .: "
The business conditions are binding by publication on www.techles.sk and publication in the seller's operation, on the day of the first publication, they are also published by registration on the aa-arbitration.org website. whereas, in contrast to the wording thus published, the buyer cannot object to an older version of the terms and conditions.

Auf Wunsch von TECHLES, s.r.o. vom 19. April 2021 gemäß der Verfahrensordnung vor dem SRS beim E2E-Institut für Internationale Handelsschiedsgerichtsbarkeit wird hiermit vom Institut unter Nr. VOP-2021-01-N nach den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen TECHLES, s.r.o.
Die Veröffentlichung der Bedingungen belegt die Aufnahme der Schiedsklausel in Art. 15 AGB.
Wirksamkeit der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und ihrer Art. 15 ist in den Fällen, in denen im Vertrag ein Hinweis auf die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen enthalten ist, nicht der Veröffentlichung unterworfen, soweit der Hinweis in Bezug auf intertemporale Bestimmungen erkennbar ist.
Nach Art. 17, Abs. 1 der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von TECHLES, s.r.o.: "
Die Geschäftsbedingungen sind verbindlich durch Veröffentlichung auf www.techles.sk und Veröffentlichung im Betrieb des Verkäufers, am Tag der ersten Veröffentlichung werden sie auch durch Registrierung auf der Website aa-arbitration.org veröffentlicht. wenn der Käufer entgegen dem so veröffentlichten Wortlaut einer älteren Fassung der AGB nicht widersprechen kann.
