Na základe žiadosti PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o. zo dňa 15. 10. 2023 v zmysle Pravidiel konania pred SRS pri E2E-Inštitút pre medzinárodnú obchodnú arbitráž týmto Inštitút zverejňuje pod č. VOP-2023-01-N nasledujúce Všeobecné obchodné podmienky PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o:

Zverejnenie podmienok preukazuje zahrnutie rozhodcovskej doložky v čl. VII VOP.
Podľa čl. VIII ods. 1 Všeobecných obchodných podmienok PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o."
Všeobecné obchodné podmienky sú záväzné odo dňa ich zverejnenia na internetovej stránke predávajúceho, preukázateľným zverejnením registrovaného znenia na webstránke E2E-Inštitút pre medzinárodnú obchodnú arbitráž, alebo zverejnením v sídle (prevádzke) predávajúceho, a to dňom prvého zverejnenia. Pre elektronické objednávky z e-shopu sa nepoužije deň prvého zverejnenia v sídle (prevádzke) predávajúceho.

At the request of PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o. of 15 October 2023 in accordance with the Rules of Procedure before the SRS at the E2E-Institute for International Commercial Arbitration is hereby published by the Institute under no. VOP-2023-01-N following General Terms and Conditions of the PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o. /Ltd under slovak law/.
The publication of the conditions proves the inclusion of the arbitration clause in Art. VII GTC.
According to Art. VIII, par. 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o.:"
The General Terms and Conditions are binding from the date of their publication on the seller's website, by verifiable publication of the registered wording on the E2E-Institute for International Commercial Arbitration website, or by publication at the seller's registered office (business), on the day of first publication. For electronic orders from the e-shop, the date of first publication at the seller's registered office (business) is not applicable.

Oktober 2023 gemäß der Verfahrensordnung vor dem SRS am E2E-Institut für internationale Handelsschiedsgerichtsbarkeit wird hiermit vom Institut unter Nr. 1 veröffentlicht. VOP-2023-01-N gemäß den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der PRETTY Trading, spol. s.r.o. /GmbH nach slowakischem Recht/.
Die Veröffentlichung der Bedingungen beweist die Aufnahme der Schiedsklausel in Art. VII. AGB.
Gemäß Art. VIII, Abs. 1 der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von PRETTY Trading, spol. s r.o.:"
Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sind ab dem Datum ihrer Veröffentlichung auf der Website des Verkäufers, durch nachweisbare Veröffentlichung des eingetragenen Wortlauts auf der Website des E2E-Institute for International Commercial Arbitration oder durch Veröffentlichung am Sitz (Unternehmen) des Verkäufers verbindlich Tag der Erstveröffentlichung. Bei elektronischen Bestellungen im E-Shop ist das Datum der Erstveröffentlichung am Sitz (Geschäftssitz) des Verkäufers nicht maßgeblich.
